It
is the motherboard chipset issue with AGP bus. You should download
the newest VIA or ALi AGP driver from your motherboard vendor
and install it to fix the problem. |

Make
sure your BIOS Feature Setup "Assign IRQ For VGA"
is enabled. Then restart your computer and adjust your resolution
and color deeps again. |

This
is the VGA driver compatibility issue with Windows 98 Arabic
and Hebrew. We had already fixed it now. You should download
the new driver and install it. |

How
can I use TV-OUT function? |

- Select
the correct jump of PCB for TVformat (PAL B/G NTSC....)
- Boot
the system from monitor.
- Connect
the signal cable between TV-OUT of VGA and TV's Video input
and power on the TV.
- Click
"Start" -> "Settings" -> "Control
Panel" -> "Settings" -> "Advanced"
-> "Output Device". Then you can choose "TV"
to output signal to TV or choose "Analog Monitor"
to get back Monitor mode.
- To
choose the correct TV format to match local tv format (pal
, ntsc.......) (you need to connect signal cable between
VGA and TV before launch "display perties")

I output signal to TV and Monitor at the same time? |

No,
you just only can output the signal to one. And another one
will have no signal input. |

have an on-board VGA motherboard. How can I install my new VGA
card ? |

- Plug
the new VGA card to your motherboard.
- Disable
the on-board VGA setting from your motherboard BIOS.
- Restart
your computer and install the new VGA driver.
- If
you can't disable your on-board VGA from your motherboard,
please contact with your motherboard vendor.
