Common Issues
Q1-1: Does it have any compatibility issue with VGA card or motherboard?
A1-1: It has some compatibility issue with Trident 9750/9850/9685 and S3 Savage 4 VGA cards and SiS620 motherboard. This is because they can't support TV Overlay mode. So you can't see video in Overlay mode.
Q1-2: When I finish to install the driver to Windows 95/98 and run TV application program, but there is no picture and audio?
A1-2: It maybe has IRQ conflict. Check your "Device Manager" whether has IRQ conflict with another devices, like SCSI card, net card or sound card. If yes, please change PlayTV Pro Card to another PCI slot to try again or adjust your IRQ address manually.
Q1-3: Does PlayTV Pro support Windows NT4.0 and Windows 2000?
A1-3: PlayTV Pro supports Windows 95/98. We don't release Windows NT 4.0 now. And we will release Windows 2000 driver later.
Q1-4: I want to re-install my driver, how should I do?
A1-4: First, you should run uninstallation program "Tvuninst.exe" (On CD driver) to uninstall the old version application and driver. And then you can install the new driver.
