only supports Windows 98 and not support Windows NT4.0/2000
or another OS. |

- Pick
away all device from motherboard except VGA and TV card
,then intall driver for TV card.
- If
TV works well ,then setup other devices (sound card,modem,...)

Please check IRQ of system resource.
- You
need to install direct 6.1 or higher and motherboard's driver
for North-bridge into your system.
- Please
reinstall driver which download from our web site after
remove original driver.

- Please
confirm IRQ is works properly.
- Make sure
to connect a line between Combo card "audio out"
and Sound card "line in". And connect your speaker
to Sound card "line out".
- Please
enable "line in" of speaker properties (record & advance
option) in task bar.

change slot of capture card far away CPU .It caused by resouce
of motherboard.As we know, the resource of slot that near CPU
is the same with other device that on board of motherboard.(sound
card, modem, VGA...) |

It
has some compatibility issue with Trident 9750/9850/9685 and
S3 Savage 4 VGA cards and SiS620 motherboard. This is because
they can't support TV Overlay mode. So you can't see video in
Overlay mode. |

program, but there is no picture and audio? |

It
maybe has IRQ conflict. Check your "Device Manager"
whether has IRQ conflict with another devices, like SCSI card,
net card or sound card. If yes, please change PlayTV Pro Card
to another PCI slot to try again or adjust your IRQ address
manually. |

PlayTV
Series supports Windows 95/98/2000. We don't release Windows
NT 4.0 now. |

First,
you should run uninstallation program "Tvuninst.exe"
(On CD driver) to uninstall the old version application and
driver. And then you can install the new driver. |

1.The
problem had fixed at driver ver sion 4.19. 2.seting the color
depths under 16 bits 3.Don't set vga to "Primary Service Only"
in "TV system configure" (if your vga is nvidia m64 chipset
please change vga driver to 2.40) 4.To avoid working on VIA
693A North-bridge chipset . |

we update the VIA's chipset dirver to ver 4.24, everything is
ok now. So, i I think the problem was cause by the old chipset
driver conflict with TV's WDM driver |
